Ports 1 – 1023 are reserved ports. These are known as known ports and any new application cannot use those ports without permission.
TCP provides reliable service i.e. 3 way handshake happens.
UDP provides unreliable service. It doesn’t mean that UDP is not used. UDP is used for services that are real time. For Example, TV streaming and VOIP.

Allopurinol is a hypouricaemic drug used as prophylaxis for gout attack. It decreases production of uric acid by inhibiting enzyme called xanthine oxidase. However, Allopurinol is not an active agent because a great amount goes under hepatic conversion to active metabolite Oxipurinol.
Half life of Allopurinol = 2 hours
Half life of Oxipurinol = 12-30 hours
Dosing for Allopurinol is 100mg Once daily.
